"We had Jacob out lat year to do an energy assessment. At the time we were in the process of replacing our heat pump for our geothermal system and we were trying to figure out how to better heat our sunroon that was added on 6 years ago with the intentions of just being a 3 seasons room (we now use it year round). Jacob really listened to our needs and was able to pinpoint areas that we could improve our energy loss. He recommended that we do air sealing to stop any drafts that were making it into our attic from our garage and he suggested adding insulation into our attic. At first I was a bit apprehensive of spending more money but Jacob was able to point out some energy rebates that helped. He was also able to give us a few ideas on adding some ducting to our sunroom. Between adding the insulation and replacing our heat pump with a more efficient unit, our budget plan decreased by nearly $50 a month. After we had all the work done, Jacob came back out and reviewed the work done by the contracors and ran his tests again to see the improvement made. Im very happy with the services that Jacob provided in helping us get on track with being more energy efficient and saving money."
